Embarassed to be a New yorker

Hey I apologize in advance if anything I said offends you, I just let my heart talk in these past two posts and well it's me in my treuest form, I care about people; as much as I tell myself it's a cold world outside, I still offer hugs and warmth to those who need it. Well I guess these are learning posts I hope they don't bother anybody but instead give you some insight into the guy behind the broken glasses and sometimes dirty hands :) I think I am finally sick of New York lol

I've ridden this train hundreds of times and I've seen this happen countless times.

Two things happen here and I hate them both. Instead of trying to stop the fucking fight you have guys busy instigating the fucking thing and filming it while two women are trying to break it up. The second thing that happens is the black kids hits the woman that is trying to break up the fight and she hits her head on the train door and opens her up. See that right there even if I was minding my own business would have earned him a fight. If you know me then you know the one thing that makes me batshit crazy is when a man puts his hands on a woman and they were fighting of fucking nothing NOTHING. Guy stepped on the kids shoes and the kid plays that I'm tough card you disrespected me bullshit. FUCK THAT DUMB SHIT FUCK HIM AND HIS MOTHER, raising a fucking animal. I know I am out of line right now but you know what he was fucking out of line when he hit that lady. I hope he gets his ass kicked riding the 6 and it won't be by me it'll be by someone just like him that just does not give a fuck fucking douchebag.

Michelle came into the city the other night to catch her connecting bus to VA and I was so excited to have her finally come to my favorite place in the world and while I was walking over to the port authority I started to think please please please god don't let anything happen while she is here just let everything go smoothly.


We're waiting on line to get bag a heavy tag for the bus and this lady announces that she's been traveling all day and she needs to cut ahead of everybody so she can make her bus etc etc, I feel for the lady but the line wrapped around twice and it wasn't even to board the buses. Somebody eventually quietly let her skip them. We get the bag tagged leave the port authority for a bit walk around bryant and I decide we should go back because it's super cold and I want Michelle to already be where she is supposed to be when it's time to start boarding the buses. Well we get back and the line is twice the size it was when we left, we're standing there pretty much enjoying each others company and the time we have together and I hear this guy get loud and he's cursing out some lady and I'm like here we fucking go. He's spewing motherfuck this, fuck that and charging back and forth trying to either scare this lady or getting ready to hit her; Mind you this is happening on one of the heaviest travel nights of the year for the port authority so there was a few hundred people down there to witness this. I automatically go into protect not only me mode but Michelle mode.

She was interested in the ruckus and I could not blame her, I was interested as well but I know the randomness of the crazy people here and that douchebag could have pulled out a gun and I didn't want him to remember a smiling face at his expense.

The nypd is down there to pacify his dumb ass and he chills the fuck down because everyone knows you don't fuck with the nypd they can shoot you and be caught on tape and still walk (btw FUCK THEM TOO) after everybody calms down and settles in there conversations I'm thinking this line is really long but I am here with my favorite person in the world, god let her get on the bus with no more crazyness. Well I forgot that god goes on break in nyc between the hours of 10 pm and 5am. A few feet away from us maybe about twenty a scuffle breaks out because someone cuts someone else *eyes roll* Pro tip: don't cut in line if you're in new york you won't get away with it, you will be cursed out,laughed at and sent to the back of the line.

So the scuffle is between a puerto rican lady and a black guy, it sounded like the same pair from before but I couldn't see that clearly and I'm glad I couldn't but I did see the boys in blue show up and instead of shutting up and cooling out like a normal person, the lady gets loud and starts going off about some bullshit. I just wanted to say "lady shut the fuck up, we're all tired and you're pissing us ALL off"


If I could have just said to Michelle, lets just go home I would have did just that
I kind of jokingly told her that being down there kind of brings out the new yorker in me. I am proud to be a new yorker but sometimes I am really embarassed.


We're not all assholes, I don't know why we are the way we are but at least for me
I have a really big heart and a smile just as big. I help when I can where I can.

I know this doesn't mean an awful lot but on behalf of everyone who is decent in ny
I apologize for all of the ugliness and coldness we sometimes give to visitors and each other.
